Salary: Hourly Rate per the non-unit rate sheet ($40/hour)

Minimum Requirements:
Current Greece Central School District employee or on the active substitute list
Experience proctoring Educational Exams
Desired Qualifications:
Available around 10 days between January 5th and April 30th for planning purposes.
Available May 4-8 May 11-15, May 18-22
Excellent knowledge of requirements for facilitating and proctoring AP exams
Experience Proctoring AP Exams in the past
Current or Retired Greece Central School District employee
Experience proctoring AP Exams
Knowledge of College Board Exam Procedures
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Departments of Student Learning, facilities and transportation.
Meet with building AP Coordinators monthly beginning in January and then bi-weekly in April
Coordinate schedules for proctors.
Communicating information to proctors.
Familiarize themselves ahead of time with the administration of exams and exam procedures.
Read all of the general and the appropriate subject-specific exam administration
instructions to understand the flow of the administration.
Be sure that the preparations are complete for the specific accommodations needed for students with disabilities, and for exams extended time, understand how to time each section.
Oversee and assign responsibilities to Exam Proctors to include:
Ensure exam rooms are set up according to directions.
Count and check the exams received for the exam administration upon arrival in the exam room. Confirm the exam title of each AP Exam.
Set up exam equipment (CD players and recording devices/equipment) required to administer exams in world languages and cultures.
Proctors may also need to assist students with equipment during the exam.
Admit and assign seats to students.
Ensure students do not bring cell phones, book bags, and other material into exam room.
Ensure that the proper seating distance is maintained between students.
Assist in the distribution of testing materials.
Assist students with filling out their identifying information on answer sheets.
Supervise the testing room.
Guard against attempts at cheating and keep the room attended at all times, including during breaks.
Complete a seating chart, if not already prepared.
Collect and account for all exam materials.
