As an AP Disbursements Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing payments through check, ACH, or wire. You will ensure smooth accounts payable processes and understand payment cycles and invoice receipts. You will analyze amounts, vendor details, and purchase order matches to determine payment dates based on vendor net terms, subsequently releasing payments through various methods.
Responsibilities

+ Understand accounts payable processes and payment cycles.
+ Review invoice receipts and match amounts, vendor details, and purchase orders.
+ Determine payment dates based on vendor net terms.
+ Release payments through the appropriate method.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in SAP ERP.
+ Knowledge of payment applications and processes.
+ Experience in accounts payable.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma required.
+ 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable.
+ 2+ years of experience in the disbursement side of accounts payable.
+ SAP experience within the past 2 years.
Work Environment
This position operates within a large headquarters shared service center environment, responsible for processing payments for thousands of vendors. You will be part of a team of four dedicated to this role within an accounts payable department consisting of over 30 professionals.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX 75231.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
