Must Have Qualifications:

1+ years of accounts payable experiencemust understand an invoice/credit memoMS Excel (basic functions)Lawson ERP (highly preferred)Strong attention to detailExperience handling a high volume of emails

Job Description:

60% email correspondence - saving and organizing

30% payment inquiries

10% everything else

volume of communication: 100 a day during month end. regular 20-50

• Pull invoices daily from AP email box

• Ensure AP invoices submitted are complete for coding, approvals, project numbers as required

• Scan AP invoices received into ImageNow system

• Prepare daily hot batch of invoices needing immediate payment

• Follow up on and clear invoices in Hold queue

• Ensure all AP queues have been processed and cleared at month-end

• Sorting and distributing incoming mail daily

• Follow up on past due invoice payment requests from vendors

• Perform other duties as required.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
