Job Title: AP AssociateJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated AP Associate to manage and streamline our accounts payable operations. This role involves handling various tasks related to invoice processing, vendor inquiries, and reconciliation, ensuring efficient financial transactions within the organization.

ResponsibilitiesCheck and review A/P emails and take necessary action as required.Handle priority requests and answer vendor inquiries.Forward invoices for approval to authorized approvers.Print invoices and stamp with the current date.Open USPS mail, date stamp, scan, and forward to approvers.Post invoices and purchase order invoices using the ERP system, Syspro.Process a minimum of 40 invoices per day.Code invoices and sort them by check run dates.Reconcile vendor-approved invoices with cash requirements.Process franchise studio disbursements.Reconcile the Goods Received Note (GRN) report.Process wires, ACH transactions, and checks.Attach check copies to invoices and manage additional filing tasks.Essential SkillsExperience in accounts payable, invoice processing, and reconciliation.Additional Skills & QualificationsAP experience relevant to the job description.Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite near LAX, offering an engaging work environment that requires a hands-on approach to managing accounts payable tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
