Position Overview

As an ARAP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help maintain smooth financial operations and support our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify accounts receivable and payable transactions.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payments.Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting.Assist with month-end closing processes related to AR and AP functions.Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of accounting principles.Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication skills.

Location: Danbury, CTCompensation: $30/hourFull-time, with potential for overtime or additional hours based on business needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
