Job Title: AR Manager - Shared Services
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AR Manager to oversee and coordinate US payment activities to suppliers and collections from customers, as well as monitor worldwide accounts receivable and payable functions. This role involves managing a dedicated team and working cross-functionally with Treasury, Supply Chain, and Sales departments.

ResponsibilitiesDirect and coordinate all US payment activities and customer collections.Monitor worldwide accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.Oversee the day-to-day management of a team consisting of AR Lead, AP Lead, and Cash Applications.Serve as the primary contact for questions, escalations, and decision-making within the team.Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.Assist with invoice processing using tools like Coupa.Oversee expense management and travel using Concur.Engage in cross-functional work with Treasury, Supply Chain, and Sales.Create journals and manage documentation initiatives.Essential Skills7-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).Experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred.Previous experience with large organizations is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with large ERP systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.Previous management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.Experience with invoicing processing tools, especially Coupa.Familiarity with Concur for expense management.Strong understanding of cash applications tools.Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.Highly motivated and self-directed professional with initiative.Work Environment

This position requires working onsite five days a week at our office located in Golden, CO. You will manage a team of five direct reports, including three full-time employees and two contractors, with one team member working remotely from Grand Junction. The role includes involvement in an ongoing SAP implementation and requires patience and a positive attitude to work effectively across different personalities. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $122000.00/yr.
