Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the integrity of accounting processes. Responsibilities: • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. • Maintain and update accurate financial records for auditing and reporting purposes. • Handle cash transactions and ensure proper documentation. • Post payments and manage account balances with precision. • Verify and analyze financial data to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve processes. • Utilize NetSuite and Excel to perform advanced accounting tasks and reporting. • Assist in preparing financial statements and other relevant documentation. • Monitor deadlines for payments and collections to maintain smooth operations. • Resolve customer and vendor inquiries related to billing and payments. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. • Proficiency in handling cash transactions and maintaining financial records. • Strong ability to post payments and manage account balances accurately. • Familiarity with accounting software, particularly NetSuite. • Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas for financial analysis. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
