We are very excited to welcome an English-Speaking AP Analyst Intern in our AP Invoice Processing team! The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

As an Accounts Payable Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for:

Processing incoming invoices from our vendors through IFF’s workflow systems with accuracy and efficiencyMatching invoices to Purchase orders with IFF’s systemHandling invoice verifying in the process directoryPartnering with internal teams and vendors for issue resolutionValidating for completeness and accuracy, including ensuring proper approvalsSupport the prioritizing of invoices

Job requirements:

Good command of English both verbal and writtenOngoing upper-level educationAvailability to work minimum 20 hours a week with flexibility according to your schedulePrevious internship experience can be advantageousIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracyBeing a team player with a can-do-mentalityCritical thinkingMonotonicity handlingKnowledge of ERP (SAP ECC) system is a plus
