AP Analyst

The AP Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Accounts Payable group by handling day-to-day functions such as invoice processing, three-way matching, and supplier invoice analysis. The position involves exception research and remediation, identifying accounting treatments for non-purchase order invoices, and initiating supplier payments.

ResponsibilitiesProcess Accounts Payable within Oracle Cloud.Conduct three-way matching.Analyze supplier invoices.Research and remediate AP exceptions.Identify accounting treatments for non-purchase order invoices.Initiate supplier payments.Manage multiple processes concurrently, including invoicing, AP inbox, and approvals.Create pivot tables and perform v lookups in Excel.Additional Skills & Qualifications Create pivot tables and perform v lookups in Excel.Four+ years of experience processing AP invoices within an organization greater than $300 million in revenueFour+ years of experience with three way match within an organization greater than $300 million revenueFour+ years of experience managing multiple AP processes including invoicing, AP inbox and approvalsThree+ years of experience with supplier invoice analysis, AP exception research and remediation, identifying the accounting treatment for non-purchase order, invoices, and initiating supplier paymentsFour+ years of experience with an ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, or similar (can be in conjunction)Three+ years of experience with creating pivot tables, vlookups and basic formulasPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
