You’ll make an impact by

·       Short Description

o  Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global product catalogue for internal customers in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.

·       Standard Process Compliance

o  Strictly follow the standard process (GAS).

·       Daily Invoice Verification

o  Daily invoice verification and follow up on open issues.

·       Finavigate Error Check

o  Perform Finavigate error checks.

·       Runbook Open Items Follow-Up

o  Follow up on runbook open items (if needed).

·       Monthly ICC Reconciliation and Reports

o  Monthly ICC reconciliation and report preparation, ensuring deadlines are met.

·       MTO Collection and Payment Checking

o  Check MTO collections and payments, and complete related clearings.

·       MTO Reconciliation

o  Ensure no differences between MTO accounts and Finavigate.

·       ICC Clarification Requests:

o  Raise and follow up on ICC clarification requests, and receive and process related requests.

·       Reconciliation:

o  Perform vendor and general ledger (GL) reconciliation, including dunning.

·       Interim Account Clearing:

o  Clear interim accounts in a timely manner.

·       Other Assigned Tasks

o  Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

Your defining qualities

·       Intermediate accounting qualification required

·       3-5 years of GBS P2P experience

·       Analyzes, interprets, structures and presents extensive and/or complex data and information regarding the topic

·       Discusses the application as well as the implications of changes regarding processes, policies, and procedures in this area based on a critical understanding

·       Integrates knowledge from different fields and participates in senior level discussions regarding the topic / task

·       Communicates proactively and target-oriented

·       Develops structured presentations with clear objectives

·       Identifies useful information from vast data

·       Understands editorial aspects for target groups

·       Knowledge of Siemens organization, strategy, and values

·       Adheres to Siemens standards and local laws on information security

·       Applies problem-solving methodologies and tools

·       Analyzes alternatives, risks, and benefits for solutions

·       Proactively anticipates and prevents problems

·       Generates strategic mindset using business analysis tools

·       Manages activities and schedules according to priorities

·       Masters advanced Excel functions (formulas, macros, Power Query)
