Your role as a Reward Advisory Graduate We have opportunities available in two different teams within the Reward Advisory Graduate Programme (Executive Compensation and Data Solutions). Please review the information below on each team and select your first-choice preferred team should you be successful. Please note that where possible, we will try to consider you for your first-choice preference, however we cannot guarantee your first choice due to availability of roles. If your first choice is unavailable at the time of your Assessment Centre, we will also consider you for the other teams. Executive Compensation is a specialist area within HR and rewards that focuses on how senior leaders are paid and incentivised. It involves designing competitive pay structures—including base salary, bonuses, long-term incentives, and benefits—that align with company strategy, performance, and governance standards. Working in Exec Comp means influencing how leadership drives business success, balancing market trends, shareholder expectations, and regulatory requirements. The Data Solutions team works closely with clients to help them make informed strategic decisions by using the insights from our pay benchmarking data. We support clients as they interpret and apply this information to shape their compensation strategies. Alongside this, we seek out opportunities for consulting and advisory projects, particularly within the fast-paced Technology sector. By analysing data and keeping up with industry trends, we help clients tackle challenges and refine their reward approaches. For graduates, joining our team means developing valuable skills, gaining hands-on experience, and contributing to projects that have a real impact on our clients. Your Development As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. This development programme is built around the following core elements: + Business learning. On the job learning and experiences enabling you to develop your knowledge and understanding of your team and solution line. + Centralised learning. UK graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business. Whichever business area you work in, you’ll be working with a diverse range of companies from across the UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa. Your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on, giving you crucial technical knowledge and client management skills, as well as the opportunity to develop client relationships early on in your career. Your career beyond your Graduate programme Once you’ve completed the formal graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 3 to 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
