AOGEDP Project Engineer

**What you will do:**
+ Participate in a rotational accelerated development program, working in various areas such as manufacturing, quality, process design, and supply chain.
+ Support the implementation and continuous improvement of processes to ensure production efficiency and quality.
+ Contribute to new product introduction projects following established procedures and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and technical problem-solving.
+ Analyze and collect data to support decision-making and operational improvements.
+ Assist in project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting progress.
+ Develop leadership and communication skills while working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
+ Travel internationally as needed to support projects and collaborate with global teams.
**What you will need:**
Required:
+ Bachelor’s (B.S.) or Master’s (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline; candidates graduating in December 2024 or Spring 2025 will be considered.
+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
+ Ability to travel internationally.
+ Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design.
+ High level of PC skills.
Preferred:
+ Experience or knowledge in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated or similar regulated industry.
+ Skills in statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Experience with new product introduction in regulated environments.
+ Additional certifications related to project management or process improvement.
