ANZ Sales Director

Ecolab’s Pest Elimination division provides essential protection, delivering science-based solutions that keep businesses safe, compliant and pest-free. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our ANZ sales organisation and drive business growth across the region.

About the Role

As the ANZ Sales Director – Pest Elimination, you’ll lead a high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand. Your focus will be to accelerate new business growth, elevate customer partnerships and ensure strong retention of our corporate clients. You will set the commercial strategy, coach and uplift sales capability, and own key financial outcomes including volume targets, pricing, contract renewals and variations.

This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and brings a high level of commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Lead, coach and develop a team of 10 sales professionals across ANZ

Design and execute the annual sales strategy for new business and corporate accounts

Drive high-performance culture and capability uplift across the team

Own sales forecasting, pipeline health and delivery of volume and growth targets

Commercial Management

Oversee pricing strategy, contract variations, renewals and commercial negotiations

Ensure profitable growth while maintaining strong customer retention

Partner with marketing, service operations and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions

Customer & Market Engagement

Build and strengthen relationships with strategic and corporate accounts

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across food & beverage, hospitality, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing sectors

Represent Ecolab Pest Elimination at industry forums, events and customer presentations

Operational Excellence

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions

Implement best-practice sales processes, tools and reporting

Ensure compliance with Ecolab’s safety, quality and ethical standards

About You

You are a strategic, energetic and commercially minded sales leader who is passionate about growing people and growing business. You bring:

Proven experience leading high-performing commercial or new-business focused sales teams

Strong background in solution-based selling, ideally within services, FMCG, facilities or technical industries

Demonstrated success driving new business and managing large corporate customers

Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills

Ability to balance growth ambition with strong operational and commercial discipline

Experience in Pest Elimination, hygiene, chemicals or B2B services is advantageous but not essential.
