This role works closely with the Global CTO teams, ANZ CIO and key business stakeholders to develop the digital strategy into a technology roadmap and annual operating budget in alignment with both global IT strategy/standards and local business requirements. They plan and lead multiple projects in parallel throughout the project lifecycle from scoping and approval through to implementation and transition to sustain ensuring that project governance and reporting requirements are completed, and business value is realized. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead support, management and maintenance of IT Operations: Manage the day-to-day IT operational activities including overseeing and coordinating vendors to deliver to agreed performance KPIs for service desk, field services, compute, networks, application support and end user compute services; Directly manage local IT vendors including engaging vendors for RFP and contract negotiations including management of several key contracts each in excess of $1MM USD (PCs, Mobiles, Networks etc) Oversee ITIL process execution compliance; actively develops and implements service level improvement plans; acts as integral part of PepsiCo’s ITSM practices including incident, problem, change, and configuration management. Lead delivery of Infrastructure and Digital Projects: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end management and coordination definition, documentation, and satisfactory completion of projects. Undertake consultation with stakeholders to ensure that objectives and requirements for the successful completion of each phase of the project are fully understood and will be delivered. Provides effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances. Manage project budget allocation for assigned projects, including preparation of financial status reports Provide senior executive-level project artefacts and reporting identifying trends, dependencies and risks and provide guidance and options on complex project matters IT Financial Management: Provides project delivery and sustain estimations and works with vendors and delivery teams to obtain and review quotes for best value; Develops and manages the ANZ CTO AOP for baseline and investments, including financial lifecycle management including Capital expenditure Requests, PO creation and invoice processing and proactively monitors spend variances; Partners with local OU IT Director to identify and drive productivity initiatives.   IT & Business Stakeholder Management: Partner with site leadership teams to understand priorities and develop plans to deliver within cost and timeframe expectations, as well as identify opportunities to add value Partner with BU IT functional leads to support business partner plans to advance business performance Acts as the escalation point for all IT operation issues such as delayed incident closure and request fulfilments; Measures vendor performance in the BU and actively drives performance issues with vendor management to address gaps Proactively monitors customer satisfaction to ensure services are provided per contract terms and customer expectations; develops and implements plans to improve customer satisfaction including training and capability programs. Communicates to customers, senior management, stakeholders, and vendors project status, IT operation KPIs, and notifications such as planned outages and critical incidents to manage expectations and avoiding risk  IT Controls Management: Responsible for ensuring compliance with the IT controls; leads testing, reporting, and monitoring of controls; Proactively develops and implements plans for remediation where needed. Partners and supports audit teams when required. Qualifications About You: 10+ years' experience in managing and delivering varying sized projects in the information technology area 10+ years' experience in customer facing service delivery and operations (in a large global organisation) 5+ years' experience people management (including remote workforce management) Preferred experience supporting manufacturing facilities and frontline sales force Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science Customer-focused, service oriented with Innovation Mindset Experience in an IT customer facing role is essential, comfortably and confidently interacting with various level of users including ability to support Senior Executives Excellent team leadership and team building skills including managing a remote workforce Excellent business engagement and stakeholder management skills including key business users and Executive Leadership Teams Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple independent projects concurrently including good prioritization and time management skills Agile with ability to work within constraints, solve problems and accommodate urgent or changing requirements Provide leadership and management for project teams across multi-disciplinary technical and analytical skill sets.
