A Custodian supports the store with an emphasis on store upkeep and cleaning tasks.

Role Responsibilities Contributes to the store and customer experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to othersUpkeeps cleanliness standards to ensure all areas, including back of house, hallways, management office, and salesfloor are tidy and safe for customers and employeesTakes initiative and works productively with the team to achieve common, collaborative goalsCommunicates daily with the leadership team on custodial priorities & supply needsAssesses the store maintenance and cleaning needs such as washing windows, vacuuming, replacing light bulbs, removing trash, and performing simple repair jobsAdheres to store’s safety standards and upholds all company policy and procedures
