Anthropologie is seeking a curious and creative Apparel Print Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 Internship Program. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to explore the full print design process, contribute to seasonal research and artwork development, and gain hands-on experience within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the Anthropologie brand and customer, brings a strong visual point of view, and is eager to grow their design skills through creative exploration and team-led projects. You’ll be supported by a thoughtful, experienced team excited to help you learn and thrive.

About the Summer Internship Program:

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within
various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of
business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern
focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group
settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in
Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process:
   
1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component required for the design internship position you are applying for, you will be notified directly by 11/8. If requested to complete a project, it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. 

2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a
video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email
is received.  

3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.   

Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd, 2025.

Role Responsibilities Internship Program: Participate in URBN-hosted training sessions and events, sharing key takeaways with mentorTraining: Gain exposure to the full print design process through hands-on learning and guided instructionSupport: Assist team in creating, refining, and developing seasonal artworkCollaboration: Co-host the Print & Color Open House presentation, sharing the Print process with fellow Anthro internsProject: Develop and present a final project that showcases your print design journey, guided by your mentor and inspired by your learnings throughout the program  Role Qualifications

 

Curious: Eager to explore emerging fashion, art, design, and cultural references

Motivated: Shows initiative and enthusiasm for learning through research and creative exploration

Collaborative: Open to feedback and participates actively in creative exchange

Hand Rendering: Enjoys drawing, painting, and experimenting with hands-on techniques to create original motifs

Digital Design: Working knowledge of Adobe programs; experience developing prints, repeats, and placements

AI Exploration: Interest in using AI tools to support research, inspiration, and idea generation

Communication Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Zoom for collaboration and presentations
