Since its inception, it has developed into a dynamic, nationally recognized program, fully accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). The Veterinary Science Department has extensive laboratory facilities, a versatile faculty and staff, and a hands-on curriculum providing on-site experience with companion, laboratory, farm and other animals. The Position: Primary duties of the Farm Animal Husbandry position will be to provide daily care, nutritional support, and cleaning for College owned farm animal species. Additional responsibilities may include farm equipment maintenance, student husbandry oversight, department and college committee work, and responsibility for operation, care, maintenance and/or repair of program equipment.
