Piedmont Healthcare is seeking Medical Director to oversee our Anesthesiology Department for our Augusta Hospital location. Our newly acquired Augusta community is building a strong physician team of anesthesiologists.The ideal candidate will have great experience and possess the motivation and expertise to continue providing excellent clinical care to a thriving medical community. This is a senior-level, executive position requiring extensive medical director experience. The division medical director provides leadership and guidance for division initiatives within the Anesthesiology Service Line. The position includes administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Requirements & Highlights:

BC/BE MDPossess a skill set to perform perioperative anesthetic care and maintain medical management of patients pre- and postoperativelyActive license in GAAbility to supervise and manage CRNAs on staffAssist the other team members in providing adequate anesthesia coverage for patients 24 hours a day/7 day a weekEpic EMR
