Pay range: Starting at $70,000 annually based on experience + quarterly bonus eligibility up to 10%; salary based on experience.
Schedule: CORE Team: Monday-Friday or BBY Team: Tuesday-Saturday

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Cultivate a team of passionate sales professionals by providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to help them achieve their individual career goals and organizational objectives.
Drive Profitable Sales Growth: Strategically manage and implement sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability for top brands and services within the assigned region.
Strategic Market Management: Oversee and optimize sales activities within the designated market, adapting strategies to achieve maximum market penetration and growth consistent with company strategy.
Cultivate Strong Business Partnerships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with Best Buy and mobile carrier retail partners to ensure alignment and collaborative success in delivering excellent solutions.
Implement and Drive Innovative Sales Strategies: Lead the adoption of new product offerings and sales initiatives, fostering market expansion and ongoing enhancements in sales performance.
Align Team Performance with Company Goals: Ensure the sales team's activities directly contribute to the organization's overarching strategic objectives, fostering a unified approach to achieving the vision of Android.

Manage Execution: Proven success leading sales teams, driving profitable growth, and consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and pipeline management.
Take the Initiative: Ability to develop and implement proactive sales strategies, adapt to market trends, and capitalize on new opportunities through independent problem-solving.
Build Collaborative Relationships: Strong track record of cultivating lasting partnerships with Best Buy and mobile carrier business partners through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Interpersonal Savvy: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive feedback and problem resolution.
Drive Vision and Purpose: Ability to communicate a clear vision, align team activities with company strategy, and provide strategic direction through effective communication.
Influence People: Ability to effectively influence stakeholders, negotiate successfully, and build consensus through compelling presentations and persuasive communication.
Attract and Develop Top Sales and Service Talent: Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
This position requires regional travel up to 75% of the time, which includes occasional overnight stays. Additional travel may be necessary for events such as trade shows and training sessions. A valid Driver's License is required.
Physical Requirements: Lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more, and use small power tools, such as drills, for display setup
