Pay: Starting at $22 hourly; Pay based on experience 

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Description:

Provide essential day-to-day operational support to the Android Operations Manager and Regional Managers focused on the Android Product Ecosystem within Best Buy and mobile carrier channels

Generate and compile various reports as needed to support the analysis of sales performance and operational efficiency related to Android products at Best Buy and mobile carriers

Assist in optimizing store visit schedules and routes for Field Sales Representatives and Sales Experts calling on Best Buy and mobile carrier locations to improve efficiency and maximize coverage

Assist in maintaining organized operational data and documentation related to sales activities, ensuring accuracy and easy access for the operations team

Support the implementation and adherence to established operational processes and procedures designed to enhance the effectiveness of the product programs within Best Buy and mobile carrier environments

Assist in coordinating and distributing training materials and communications to Field Sales Representatives and Sales Experts, promoting products at Best Buy and mobile carrier locations

Serve as a key point of contact for operational inquiries related to sales initiatives, working closely with the field sales team and management

Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying operational challenges and proposing potential solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Optimizes Work Processes: Demonstrated ability to assist in optimizing schedules or processes, showing an understanding of efficiency. Experience in following established operational processes and procedures.

Plans and Aligns: Strong organizational skills to maintain and organize data and documentation. Ability to assist in coordinating resources or information.

Manages Complexity: Experience providing day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. Ability to compile and present data in a clear and understandable format.

Business Insight: Ability to understand the importance of accurate reporting and operational support in contributing to the overall business goals related to Android product sales.

Makes Complex Decisions: Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate logistical or data-related issues. Ability to contribute to the analysis of data to inform operational improvements related to Android product support.
