岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1、根据软件设计规范，独立完成Android平台的应用程序、用户界面的设计、开发与调试；
2、优化软件的模块结构和流程逻辑，分析并优化性能和内存方面的问题；
3、负责相关开发技术文档的编制；
4、根据开发过程中的体验对产品提出改进建议。
5、研究并应用前沿技术到项目中，与跨职能团队合作，提升产品竞争力和用户体验；
6、负责重点疑难问题的攻关处理；
7、深度参与产品软件需求和研发创新讨论，功能定义和原型研发等工作。
岗位要求/Job Requirements：
1、熟练掌握 Java/Kotlin，熟悉Android SDK及常用开发框架（如Jetpack、Retrofit、RxJava等）。
2、具备良好的代码架构能力，熟悉 MVVM/MVP 等设计模式，了解模块化、组件化开发。
3、熟悉性能优化（内存泄漏、卡顿分析、APK瘦身等）及主流调试工具（Profiler、LeakCanary等）。
4、有IoT产品配套companion app开发经验者优先。
5、3年以上Android开发经验。
6、具备较强的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，能独立承担技术攻关任务。
7、良好的沟通协作能力，能与产品、测试等团队高效配合。
8、对技术有热情，关注行业趋势，乐于学习并应用新技术。
英语要求：
1、具备良好的英语读写能力，能够熟练阅读和理解英文技术文档、开发规范以及项目相关资料，确保在开发过程中准确获取技术信息和需求。 
2、具备基本的英语听说能力，能够与海外团队成员进行简单的工作交流，如讨论技术问题等。
