Job Description

The Anantara Curator is a highly detailed, guest-focused role responsible for orchestrating the personalized experiences of club access guests throughout their stay. This position ensures seamless coordination of guest preferences, and service touchpoints from pre-arrival to departure. Plays a key liaison role between departments to maintain the highest level of service and guest satisfaction in luxury hospitality.

QualificationsPrior direct experience in Hotel Front Office & F&B operations is preferred.Proficient in both English and Thai (Bilingual).Excellent communication skills.Be able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Computer skills in MS Office; experience in operating/using Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.With Opera experience is preferred
