Job Description
The Analytics Tools Process Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing the processes related to various analytics tools, with a focus on improving quality, process efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves engagement with providers and the integration of multiple Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. The specialist serves as a subject matter expert to both internal and external stakeholders, aiding provider groups in transitioning to meaningful use of these systems, as well as documenting and coordinating communication related to analytic tools and systems.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the implementation of new EMR conversions, ensuring data completeness and accuracy, and adhering to timelines and expectations for both the Provider Group and the Vendor.Provide ongoing communication and engagement support with vendors regarding project status, timelines, issue and ticket resolution, quality assurance, and concerns.Document and optimize key processes related to vendor tools and support business processes such as tool invoicing and coordination of 'go-live' events for yearly quality programs.Conduct reviews of data and metrics within the quality vendor tool to ensure reasonability and completeness.Identify, create, resolve, and escalate tickets, ensuring timely resolution through monitoring and frequent communication with stakeholders.Oversee and execute all uploading and maintenance of reporting within an approved provider file-sharing tool.Consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity by adhering to the company's mission, values, and Corporate Code of Conduct.Maintain high regard for member privacy in accordance with corporate privacy policies and procedures.Plan and coordinate processes around the use of Quality Vendor, Information Connection, or other Health Plan supported data aggregator systems, focusing on successful implementations, tool maintenance, and appropriate system use by providers.Act as a mentor to peers and engage with Value Based Payment groups to support initiatives and work, pending management approval.Conduct process improvements and efficiencies.Lead key projects and initiatives to support Value Based Payment groups and key stakeholders.Essential SkillsOne (1) year related experience required.Experience in healthcare and working with provider/hospital systems preferred.Bachelor’s degree required.Knowledge of technology and technical tools preferred, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, EMRs, data aggregation software, and data warehouses.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage and adhere to project plan timelines.Ability to interact and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and across all levels of leadership.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience for Level II.Demonstrated successes with project management and adherence to deadlines.Experience with vendor process management.Work Environment
This position is 90% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from a location of your choice for the majority of the time.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
