Analytics Solutions - Senior Associate
As a S enior Associate of Analytics Solutions at global banking data team, you will assist the product owners in support of product development lifecycle management in close liaison with JPMC Data Science and Data Engineering partners. This role is part of the product development team within the Digital, Data and Product organization. The product development team specializes in knowledge of business identity, performance metrics, AI/ML-powered programs and data assets in both on-premises and cloud environment. The JPMC Global Banking delivers extensive industry knowledge, local expertise, and seamless global capabilities to clients -including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, real estate investors/ owners, and not-for-profit organizations - with annual revenue generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. We offer a comprehensive set of financial products and services including commercial banking, treasury services, credit, asset-based lending, and real estate finance. We also provide clients with access to the full suite of investment banking and asset management services. **Key responsibilities** The Analytics Solutions Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the data development team in all aspects of product development lifecycle management. This role is a mix of consulting (product features to guide algorithm design, problem solving), project management (Sprint planning, daily standups) and data management (documenting newly developed data assets, data distribution) You'll make an impact by: + Understanding the product features and underlying proprietary data, AI/ML algorithms and processes + Engaging with Data Science and Data Engineering partners to develop and implement new products/features, resolve issues, and make recommendations + Improving core competency and processing efficiency via agile process best practice and sustained collaboration with all team members and partners **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or engineering + Experience working with commercial data and AWS platform/programming tools (preferred) + Experience in financial services, big data, technology, or relevant start up environment + Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical business partners with ease, adjusting communication style based on the audience + Strong project management skills - the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work requirements to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting + Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
