As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data and Analytics team, you design and implement innovative analytics solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards. You collaborate with diverse teams to deliver scalable data products and drive impactful business outcomes.

Job responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions aligned with business objectivesDevelop comprehensive solution architectures integrating multiple systems and technologiesEnsure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practicesCreate and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution diagrams and technical specificationsPlan and execute analytical projects, managing team and stakeholder meetingsEstablish a design thinking discipline to deliver scalable data productsIdentify new project opportunities and evaluate AI-based tools for strategic adoption

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldFive years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or related technical roles in large-scale enterprise environmentsDemonstrated expertise in design thinking, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagementProven experience building scalable data and analytics platformsProficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudStrong understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Master’s degree in a related field and experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systemsFamiliarity with security, compliance, and data privacy standardsIn-depth knowledge of analytics technologies, data engineering, and visualization toolsExperience collaborating with global teams and managing projects in a matrixed organization
