Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data analytics and reporting initiatives using Agile methodologies.Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Understand and document business processes, data needs, and reporting requirements, aligning solutions to end-user and organizational goals.Lead initiatives to ensure analytics platform is properly governed by implementing and maintaining access approval and recertification processes.Promote a customer-first mindset — ensuring solutions are intuitive, relevant, and drive measurable impact.Develop and maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, and delivery timelines using Azure DevOpsFacilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure continuous delivery of value.Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.Drive alignment and prioritize work across interdependent data projects, domains, and reporting solutions.Provide regular updates to stakeholders through clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and data governance standards.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.Supervise team of data analysts/developers to ensure accountability and high performance.Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data analytics or BI/reporting projects.2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role, with demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams.Proven ability to understand and connect business processes, data needs, and reporting requirements.Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and experience leading Agile teams.Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar work management tools.Strong understanding of data domains, data pipelines, and analytics/reporting platforms.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to tailor messages for both technical and business audiences.Advanced PowerPoint skills – able to craft visually engaging, executive-level presentations.Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Preferred Qualifications:
