As an Analytics PM, you'll lead analytical solutions and partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to support Worldwide product deployments in LATAM. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly analytical, and comfortable with ambiguity. You'll manage stakeholders, set up BI roadmaps, and make data-driven decisions. Strong business acumen is essential. Your work will directly impact our ability to drive the success of our business through data-informed strategies.

Key job responsibilities
- Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon's data resources and know how, when, and which to use.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to understand business challenges and support local product deployments.
- Design and create the reports and metrics for tracking business and product success.
- Build self-service reporting platforms, establishing automated processes for large scale data analysis.
- Understand and write high quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
- Extract, Transform and Load data to build new reporting solutions.


About the team
LATAM Marketplace BI team is responsible for ensuring our stakeholders and leaders have the data they need to make data-driven decisions and drive the success of our business.
We organize our work around key business verticals, with Analytics PMs leading strategic initiatives and collaborating across teams to support regional product implementations. Our team promotes regular knowledge sharing sessions to maintain alignment and drive innovation. As an Analytics PM, you'll also be responsible for building SQL queries, developing KPIs, creating reports, dashboards, and delivering analytical insights for business verticals.
