Role Overview:
This role is positioned as a strategic enabler, with a core mandate to drive the design, implementation, and governance of client-centric analytical solutions that unlock strategic growth opportunities for our clients. Beyond technical delivery, the role is pivotal in leading a cross-functional team, collaborating with segments, and fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Partners closely with business stakeholders to understand their unique needs and translate them into tailored analytical solutions.Design, deliver, and govern end-to-end analytical solutions that address client needs, drive measurable business value, and support strategic decision-making.Brings strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI, or Tableau.Communicates analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ensures compliance with data governance.Monitors and evaluates the impact of analytics initiatives on business performance.Enjoys mentoring analysts, guiding them in solution design and development, and growing their careers.Has a growth mindset, thrives on solving complex problems, and is motivated to continuously innovate.Is self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Informatics or Mathematics (Master’s/PhD advantageous).Have hands-on experience building and scaling dashboards, data models, and bespoke analytical solutions.Are proficient in SQL, PowerBI, Python or SAS. Demonstrate experience in solution lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, deployment, and optimization.Bring strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering analytics that drive measurable business value.Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities.Excel at managing competing priorities.Bring a passion for innovation, solution-building, and continuous learning.You will have access to:
