Join our Baker Hughes Lead Analytics Engineer Team!
This position provides discipline leadership and expertise in condition monitoring and reliability engineering principles, through the development and deployment of appropriate systems, processes, guiding principles, training, and coaching. This position is a regional lead position for all things analytics related.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with functions relating to troubleshooting, diagnostics, condition monitoring of rotating and stationary systems.Acting as a thought-leader, technical expert and first point of reference for leading practices in using analytics for condition monitoring. External monitoring of standards, best practices, and technologiesEngaging with engineering on model improvement.Interacting with analytics team to improve our analytics solutionInteracting with CAH development.Assisting with pilots, success stories, POC/POVTraining identified staff such as RM&D engineers and Analytics Deployment team.Supporting the RM&D activities.Reviewing all S1 configuration from the point of view of Condition Monitoring/Decision Support for compliance to best practices and assure process and documentation needs are met.Reviewing of Cordant Asset Health configuration.Providing technical support and assistance, as required, to support RM&D engineers when executing Hypercare contract (domain expertise, analytics…) and Analytics deployment team.Working on certification for Analytics.Leading efforts to ensure customers gain value from BH/OTR Services and BH Analytics solution. Provide VOC feedback to Services leadership and new product development teams.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have BSME, BSEE, Master of Science or 5-year Engineering degree in a relevant field. (Preferably Top institutes such as IIT, NIIT etc.)Have strong academic background.Have 1+ years of field engineering experience in Machinery Diagnostics, Vibration/Process/Auxiliaries Analysis and Dynamics, operation, reliability, condition monitoring.Have Working knowledge API Standards / API 670 / ISO Standards….Have Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.  Have a valid passport (or be able to obtain one).Able to read, understand, and follow detailed schematics, assembly drawings, and assembly procedures.Be Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.Have Ability to travel up to 30%-time India and overseas. Have Computer skills with familiarity with MS Office products.Availability to travel on short notice.
