Job Description

You will design, build, and operate the data solutions that power our business analytics and next-generation AI applications. Your work will be critical in fostering a truly data-driven culture and enabling intelligent business outcomes across global sales organizations.

Take responsibility:

Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT);

Develop scalable data models using core analytics platforms such as SAP Data Sphere and Databricks;

Integrate and harmonize data from multiple sources including SAP systems, eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, IoT devices, and other enterprise solutions;

Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance standards.

Enable cutting-edge Data Management:

Develop reusable, governed data products that accelerate business insights;

Transform raw data into curated, standardized, and business-ready datasets;

Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices;

Promote a self-service analytics culture.

Shape the future of AI:

Empower GenAI business initiatives by providing high-quality semantic data foundations;

Create and manage semantic models (e.g., with Databricks Genie);

Support the development of Process Automation Agents within frameworks such as Google Vertex AI;

Collaborate closely with AI engineers and business stakeholders to enable intelligent automation use cases.

Qualifications

Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI Engineering, Data Science, or a related field;

Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Experience

Several years of professional experience in Analytics Engineering or a similar role;

Strong hands-on experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and building data products;

Experience working in agile environments (e.g., SCRUM).

Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in SQL;

Strong programming skills in Python (or similar);

Hands-on experience with modern data platforms; expertise in SAP Data Sphere and Databricks is highly valued;

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git);

Solid understanding of AI-driven technologies and data architectures;

Knowledge of eCommerce business models and related data structures is a plus.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical partners (e.g., Business Digital Office) and non-technical stakeholders (Global Process Owners, Business Analysts);

Capable of translating business requirements into scalable and impactful data solutions.

Passionate about emerging trends in Data & AI;

Structured, solution-oriented, and focused on quality and scalability;

Comfortable working in international and cross-functional teams.

Languages

Fluent in English.
