What the day will look like + Lead deep-dive claims utilization analysis to identify cost drivers, high-usage benefits and underutilized services + Provide fair value analysis (FVA) and benchmarking to support plan design and cost containment strategies + Deliver regular claims reporting, trend analysis and predictive modeling to support renewal negotiations and budgeting + Serve as strategic advisor to CRMs in translating analytics into actionable insights for clients + Present claims findings during renewal presentation and client strategy sessions to support decision making and demonstrate value + Support the sales process by providing analytics-driven value propositions and participating in client presentations How this opportunity is different The Analytics Director is responsible for developing and delivering analytics solutions using medical claims, health & wellness data to deliver actionable insights that drive client decision-making. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting medium and large clients in designing innovative, data-driven benefits plans that address specific client objectives and employee needs. The consultant will advise organizations on funding and risk mitigation strategies. This position requires data-driven approach and strong client management skills.
