Analytics Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Consultant as part of the Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.

The Commercial Banking and Corporate Investment Banking Digital Analytics team is looking for an analyst to provide reporting, analytics, strategy and insights. Ideal candidates will have Digital experience transforming data into insights, communicating complexities to partners with various levels of analytic concepts. Previous knowledge of Digital Commercial Banking and Corporate Investment Banking preferred.

The ideal candidate is a self starter, adept at solving problems, capable of utilizing multiple analytic tools (including AI tools) and flexible to learning new techniques and/or tools to solve data and business problems.


In this role, you will:

Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex researchUse functional knowledge to assist in non-model quantitative tools that support strategic decision makingPerform analysis of findings and trends using statistical analysis and document processPresent recommendations to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency, quality, and complianceIdentify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiencyDevelop customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and provide guidance to less experienced staffUnderstand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areaEnsure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policiesParticipate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goalsCollaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and with partners in technology and other business groups


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python, RKnowledge of BI delivery tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$68,000.00 - $125,000.00
