The Analytics Architect is responsible for overseeing the requirements, functional design, and measurable business outcomes of analytics requests. Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple stakeholders, teammates and delivery partners to implement the data and analytics vision and transformation efforts at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W).

Responsibilities:

This candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-level analytics projects (Tableau, Salesforce CRMA, and related technologies) through the requirements definition and solution design phases. They will be responsible for ensuring the overall solution design meets the business requirements by defining the solution approach and leading a team of resources through the build, test, deployment, and production support phases. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.  

This candidate will also be responsible for participating in our Center of Excellence for Tableau and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA), which will provide industry best practices, become a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders, and identify areas of product growth.

Specific Experience:

Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) and Tableau projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable successUnderstanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Marketing, Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds including familiarity with Salesforce configuration and security controlsExperience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and creating analytics solution designsExpert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomesExperience visualizing data from multiple sources and business systems in the form of reports and dashboardsProficient in SAQL, SOQL, and Data Recipes for advanced data modeling, filtering, and performance optimization in CRM Analytics.Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, including standard/custom objects, relationships, record-level security, and role hierarchies.Define and implement governance standards for CRMA dashboards, datasets, and KPIs to ensure scalability, consistency, and reusability.Ensure dashboards and datasets comply with Salesforce sharing rules and access controls, including row-level security and metadata management.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, Graduate degree preferredMust meet skills and experience mentioned above in Specific Experience6+ years direct experience in software development life cycle4-6 years experience in designing and building reports and dashboardsStrong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologiesWorking experience with ERP enterprise software systems a plusMust have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills

Must be a team player as demonstrated through a customer qualification of a large scale/enterprise implementation with multiple work streams

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $144,500.00 - $170,000.00
