Candidates must possess professional proficiency in Mandarin to manage technical engagements effectively. What you’ll do Customer Centricity * Customer Satisfaction: Drive high customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in AI, Data Analytics, and App Development to deliver outcomes aligned with customer success plans. * Customer/Partner Insights: Capture feedback and insights from customers and partners to inform Microsoft product teams and drive continuous improvement. Business Impact * Consumption Growth: Guide technical decision-makers to realize value from their Microsoft investments, driving consumption of Azure AI services, Power Platform, and related technologies. * Blocker Resolution: Identify and resolve technical challenges preventing customer success through technical leadership and solution optimization. * Growth Opportunity Identification: Spot and nurture opportunities for expanded Microsoft solution adoption through consultative conversations with customers and partners. Technical Leadership * Architecture & Solution Design: Lead solution architecture design for: * Azure AI and Machine Learning services. * Azure Synapse / Data Factory / Data Lake analytics solutions. * Power Platform for AI driven applications * Implementation Leadership: Lead customers through solution implementation from design through production deployment, using Microsoft best practices. * Continuous Learning: Stay current with Microsoft technologies and AI/analytics trends, contributing to community discussions and IP development. * IP Sharing & Practice Development: Create reusable IP, share best practices, and help develop technical frameworks for customer success acceleration. Trusted Advisor & Thought Leadership * Build and strengthen relationships with customer architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders. * Participate in technical communities, sharing knowledge internally and externally through events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. * Mentor junior resources within Avanade and customer teams. Skills and experiences Required/Minimum Qualifications: * 6+ years of experience in: * AI/ML solution implementation. * Data Analytics platforms. * Copilot studio and Power Platform * Experience leading enterprise-scale solution design and deployment. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. About you Technical Skills Required: * AI & Machine Learning: Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services. Copilot Studio * Data Analytics: Azure Synapse, Data Factory, SQL, Power BI, Data Lake Analytics. * Application Development: Power Apps, Power Automate, * Understanding of DevOps methodologies using Azure DevOps. Preferred Skills: * Experience integrating AI models with applications via APIs. * Familiarity with data governance and security best practices. * Relevant certifications (e.g., DP-100, AI-102, PL-600). Competencies * Technical leadership and depth across AI, Data Analytics, and App Development. * Advisory and consultative approach with clients. * Cross-group collaboration. * Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin * Solution selling and basic business acumen.
