This role will be instrumental in transforming complex media and e-Commerce data into actionable insights that drive brand performance and business growth. You’ll work across a variety of digital and traditional media channels, supporting brand performance.Key Job Responsibilities:Analyze and report on media performance across brand and e-commerce campaigns (paid social, display, search, retail media, etc.)Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders integrating data from multiple data sourcesAssist with managing and reporting various analytical models including MMM and with volume forecasting from those modelsManage, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Excel and other toolsCollaborate with media planners, brand managers, and e-commerce teams to align reporting with business goalsIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in media performance dataSupport test-and-learn initiatives and A/B testing analysisPresent findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiencesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field2-4 years of experience or schooling in media analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI ToolsStrong understanding of marketing media metrics (CPM, CTR, ROI, etc.)Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sourcesBackground in regression & attribution modeling and data querying tools (SQL, Python, etc.)Physical Demands: The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
