**About the role**
You will be directly responsible for drafting the “art of possible” across the spectrum of advanced analytics & AI in the Investor domain, working in close partnership with senior business stakeholders, including fund managers, researchers, and client services personnel. You will act as the "voice" of the customer, translating customer needs to the Agile team by properly codifying intent, sizing work efforts, prioritizing needs, and summarizing issues. You will keep up with the evolving AI landscape, recommending new areas to investigate and constantly re-imagining the future of Real Assets.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Develop and communicate a comprehensive vision, analytics roadmap, and articulate the short-term and long-term strategy holistically across the Investor value chain, ensuring tight alignment to business strategy and OKRs.
+ Lead and manage the funnel across the various stages of ideation, solutioning, delivery and adoption, articulating clearly the state of affairs, both in qualitative and quantitative KPIs across phases.
+ Lead engagement with senior executives to gathering requirements for and design a suite of executive facing KPIs and insights.
+ Establish a global AI Champions network across the business, creating an active group of AI practitioners from various parts of the business to swap ideas and help push their departments forward in the AI space.
+ Work closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, analytics roadmaps; focus on relationship building with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership to drive vision, strategy, & execution timelines.
+ Draw upon customer insights to drive the analytics product vision and direction; Provide leadership in identifying and defining ongoing analytics features that align with business strategy.
+ Define software solutions that CBRE’s technical teams can deliver. Represent the customer to the technical teams, answering questions about client expectations.
+ Hands-on management of day-to-day execution of analytics product delivery, with a focus on building a competitive and differentiating data backed digital advantage.
+ Master external orientation in understanding innovation and changing market landscapes in advanced analytics and AI, with respect to the industry, and bringing in ideas for driving innovation and partnerships
+ Work in close collaboration with core Product, App, Analytics Engineering and Data teams to drive product embedded analytics and associated insights.
+ Lead analytics delivery collaboration across business, engineering and data teams, as well as partner with core product team on user onboarding, change management and continued product satisfaction.
+ Effectively run governance forums
+ Use technical and product expertise to prioritize deliverables and manage backlog of requests. Owns the analytics backlog & roadmap.
+ Facilitate discussions, user story development and refinement, and testing and validation; contributes to roadblock resolution and decision making.
+ Provide regular updates; manage executive stakeholder communication and reporting.
+ Act as a single point of contact for ongoing support and services of global Analytics initiatives. Prioritize needs, engage various technical teams, as needed, route requests to correct owners, and ensure support is provided to internal or external satisfaction.
+ Actively engage in Agile process, including daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities, as well as training and change management activities, as needed.
+ Manage changes to features and communication to ensure there is clear indication of what is required for each release.
+ Assist the team in sizing and breaking down Epic into a manageable size to accommodate the release cadence. Writes user stories and cases, as needed.
+ Potentially lead a small team of high performing analytics product managers through the product life cycle and development processes, while instituting and driving mature analytics product management discipline and process adherence.
**What do you have to offer us?**
+ Experience – You will have **8-12 years of experience in a relevant sector** , preferably private equity, asset management, or financial services (B2B, highly regulated environment), or commercial property. **Previous roles must have been held within digital product teams, servicing fund teams and investment analysts, adhering to industry recognized frameworks.**
+ Education - You have completed your education at university level in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.
+ Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to effectively present information to senior stakeholders and groups.
+ Reasoning ability - Ability to research, comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents accurately. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to solve problems of moderate complexity.
