Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **About The Role** The **Laboratory Analytics Supervisor** will coordinate and oversee the physical-chemical analyses within the analytical laboratory, ensuring strict adherence to corporate procedures, the correct use of analytical instruments and techniques, and the reliability of test results for Colgate products. This role is also responsible for guaranteeing compliance with both corporate quality standards and applicable local technical regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Plan and supervise the sampling and retention strategy for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring conformity with internal and regulatory standards. + Ensure timely availability of raw materials and laboratory supplies by overseeing inventory to avoid delays in material evaluations and product release. + Validate proper functioning of laboratory equipment through an annual maintenance program, preventing downtime and ensuring analysis reliability. + Oversee and review laboratory analysts’ work, including data recording, laboratory logbooks, and process control databases, to secure accurate and timely analytical results + Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate reanalysis of materials found outside of specification, ensuring quality standards are met and corrective actions are implemented. + Supervise and validate the testing of water systems and experimental or stability samples as needed. + Support quality audits (internal and external), drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure adherence to 5S, Visual Factory, and productivity standards. + Translate laboratory analysis methods when necessary and coordinate required training for analysts. + Maintain a safe laboratory environment by ensuring proper chemical handling, disposal, and use of safety equipment in compliance with local regulations. **Other Responsibilities: Technology Transfer** In this role, you will be a key player in the technology transfer process, helping to bring new product formulas and existing formula changes to life. You'll work with established corporate manufacturing methods and procedures to ensure that our products have the correct combination of chemical components, all while upholding Colgate-Palmolive's high corporate quality standards. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science field. + 3 years of Proven experience in laboratory supervision or similar positions + Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, laboratory equipment, and quality management systems. + Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with attention to regulatory, quality, and safety compliance. + Experience leading or participating in internal/external quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage. + Intermediate English + Google Tools / Excel **Preferred Qualifications:** + Good Manufacturing Practices + SAP Management + Previous experience with Technology Transfer activities **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
