**前台客户对接**
+ 负责与债券市场投资者沟通,深入了解客户在信用分析、数据获取及报告生成等方面的需求。
+ 定期跟进客户反馈,提供专业建议,确保服务贴合市场需求。
**中台方案设计与交付**
+ 将客户需求转化为可执行、可交付的解决方案,并协调内部资源推动项目落地。
+ 协助设计信用分析报告框架、数据产品及服务流程,提升团队服务效率。
**后台数据管理与模型建设**
+ 负责信用相关数据的收集、整理、清洗与更新,确保数据的准确性与时效性。
+ 参与信用评级模型的开发、优化与维护,支持内部分析和客户报告生成。
+ 利用数据分析工具生成可视化图表及分析表格,为决策提供数据支持。
**综合行政支持**
+ 协助部门完成日常行政事务,包括采购管理、会议组织及内部协调工作。
**任职资格**
**教育背景**
+ 本科及以上学历,金融、经济、统计学、计算机或相关专业优先。
**专业知识与技能**
+ 具备扎实的金融知识,熟悉债券市场、固定收益产品及信用分析基本方法。
+ 能够熟练使用Choice、Ifind等金融数据终端,进行数据提取与初步分析。
+ 具备良好的数据处理能力,能使用Excel等工具生成专业图表和报告。
+ 优先条件: 掌握Python编程,能够利用Python进行数据清洗、分析及可视化。

+ 优秀的沟通与客户服务意识,能够高效对接内外部需求。
+ 逻辑清晰,具备较强的学习能力与团队协作精神。
