Analytic Facilitator (Engagements)

Our work depends on a Senior-level Analytic Facilitator (Engagements) to serve in support of defense analytical and administrative requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).

HOW A SENIOR-LEVEL ANALYTIC FACILITATOR (ENGAGEMENTS) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Develop and prepare lesson plans, study courseware, practical application exercises, and AARs on military intelligence related subjects.Ensure that training materials are tailored to the specific needs and cultural contexts of partner nations.Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to partner nation military personnel.Work with interpreter support as necessary to facilitate effective communication.Facilitate interactive learning experiences and encourage participant engagement.Demonstrate a deep understanding of USCENTCOM regional customs and courtesies.Incorporate cultural considerations into training materials and delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with polygraph eligibility.US Citizenship RequiredDesired Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 12 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.Required:  Extensive knowledge of military intelligence concepts and principles. Exceptional writing, organization, and briefing skills. Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and work effectively with diverse individuals.Preferred: Experience with adult education and training methodologies. USCENTCOM experience.
