Cet audit réglementaire ne sera pas aussi vaste que l’IFRS 17, mais notre client dispose de délais serrés pour se conformer à la réglementation. Il espère finaliser les tests de bout en bout d’ici la fin du premier trimestre 2026. Responsabilités clés : + Recueillir, analyser et documenter les exigences métier auprès des parties prenantes financières. + Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques et financières pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions de systèmes financiers. + Soutenir l’intégration et la configuration des systèmes pour répondre aux exigences de conformité IFRS 17. + Traduire des concepts financiers complexes en spécifications techniques. + Réaliser une analyse des écarts (gap analysis) et recommander des améliorations de processus. + Participer aux tests système, à la formation des utilisateurs et au support post-implémentation. + Garantir l’intégrité et la cohérence des données dans les systèmes de reporting financier. This regulatory audit will not be as large as IFRS 17 but our client has tight timelines to comply to the regulation, They are hoping to complete E2E testing at the end of Q1 2026. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders. - Collaborate with IT and finance teams to design and implement financial system solutions. - Support the integration and configuration of systems to meet IFRS 17 compliance requirements. - Translate complex financial concepts into technical specifications. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. - Participate in system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting systems. Must-Have Skills: - 5+ Years of Business Analysis experience - strong documentation, requirement gathering, stakeholder management - Strong Financial System experience (Oracle, SAP, MSDynamics) - Accounting and Finance business experience (CPA is an asset) - knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Chart of accounts - Experience with the IFRS 17 regulation (Strong Nice-To-Have) NtH Skills: - CPA/BA Certifications - P+C Insurance Experience Skills Business analysis, Requirements gathering, accounting and finance, accounting systems, IFRS 17, insurance Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $7500.00 - $8000.00/hr.
