Job Summary:

The Analyst will report to the Head of US Markets team across all of carrier engagement across the admitted and non-admitted markets in the United States, working with internal field teams and engaging the external carrier community to drive optimum performance and achieve Acrisure’s growth targets. In addition, they support the profiling of Acrisure’s key trading partners nationally and regionally, developing overviews of both the quantitative portfolio and qualitative trading relationship. As Acrisure becomes an integrated business, this individual will work towards elevating Acrisure’s status with carriers to reflect its new identity.

Responsibilities:

Support Commercial lines retail placement strategy execution

Collate carrier production reports and track against them.

Prepare for carrier performance review sessions –data analysis, material development, agenda building and follow up.

Regularly correspond with placement teams to gather qualitative information regarding carrier performance.

Conduct data analysis to produce detailed insight into specialty portfolio.

Support the restructuring of carrier approach to engaging with Acrisure under new divisional structure.

Understand and analyze carrier compensation plans and develop plans towards maximizing revenue through those agreements.

Develop materials for effective communication of compensation structures to field teams and executives.

Keep abreast of industry / market dynamics and prepare informative documentation for Acrisure leaders.

Requirements:

Deep data and analytical skills, specifically relating to (re)insurance portfolio data and carrier compensation plans.

Presentational skills to a leadership audience.

Literacy in assessing carrier production reports and performance indicators

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong problem-solving skills

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing or finance required.

Minimum of three years of experience in the US retail and/or wholesale insurance markets

Familiarity with all forms of compensation; base commission, contingent and supplemental

Proven track record of working with data to support effective reporting structures and strategy development.

Management of data review sessions, agenda building, documentation development and follow up.

Experience in utilizing technology to enhance performance and efficiency

Technology

Demonstrated administrative computing skills, including Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Deep literacy with Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
