The Global Treasury Operations Department is looking to recruit a Treasury Analyst to work in the EMEA Cash Management Team.
Responsibilities include:
Perform daily cash management activities for EMEA Markets supported by 7 colleaguesEnsure sufficient liquidity throughout the EMEA region utilising global funding sourcesCreate and leverage analytics to optimise cash efficiencyMaintain and develop relationships with banking partners and Amex business groupsSupport control and compliance in line with Amex policies and proceduresUse and maintain Treasury Management System and bank portalsDrive change through continuous process improvements and re-engineeringSupport projects involving both internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
Ideally experience within a Finance or Corporate Treasury environment and/or ideally studying towards a professional Treasury/Accounting qualificationProficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong ability to work across all applications; familiarity with AI tools is highly desirable.Strong team-player with excellent interpersonal, leadership and influencing skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlinesRobust analytical approach, with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven ability to think strategically whilst motivating colleagues to ensure delivery
Please note that you will be expected to travel to our Burgess Hill office in line with the guidance of AMEX Flex and Hybrid working.
