What You'll Do

As a Analyst Team Trainee, you will form an integral part of our Budapest Analyst Team and you will conduct research on multi-industry topics to support proposals, client cases and business or internal development initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities:

Work with case teams on research tasks and deliver original analysis and insights, primarily regarding Hungarian and Southeast European markets.Provide thought partnership and expert source know-how to case & topic/sector teams.Share topic/sector insights and points of view more broadly within the firm.Contribute to BCG's growing knowledge base.Partner with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge needs.Provide customized knowledge for client work, prepare accurate, well-developed documents and charts.

What You'll Bring

You are enrolled at a college, ideally in the field of economy, finance, business administration or related.Native Hungarian with excellent English, other languages are a plus!Experience with Windows-based software (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and substantial knowledge of online databasesBeing helpful and highly responsive and knowing that details matterMaking things happen in a high pace environment.Work experience or internship in a corporate environment would be a plus!
