If you are a Tax professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our  **Buenos Aires, Argentina**  location, you will be a key part of our Finance team, responsible for ensuring tax compliance and optimizing our tax position in Argentina. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on tax implications and help develop strategies that directly impact our financial health in the region. If you are an analytical problem-solver with deep knowledge of Argentinian tax law and a strong drive for accuracy, this role is for you.
  
  
**AS A TAX ANALYST, YOU WILL:**
  
  
+ Prepare and file tax returns and reports in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  
+ Review and analyze tax provisions and accruals for financial statements.
  
+ Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on the tax implications of business transactions.
  
+ Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  
+ Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
  
  
**SCHEDULE:**  This position follows standard business hours.
  
  
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:**
  
  
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  
+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in tax or finance-related roles.
  
+ Strong knowledge of Argentinian tax laws and regulations.
  
+ Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  
+ Experience with tax software and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  
  
**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:**
  
  
+ CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  
  
**Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:**  This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
