In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we provide a safe and inclusive work environment that appreciates diversity, promotes development and allows our associates to be their authentic selves.Salary Range: $61,900 - $80,500Annual Bonus EligibilityComprehensive Benefits PackagePaid Time Off401k & Company Match#LI-JV1Position Summary:This is a fast-paced, detailed orientated, high volume metric position in which the individual will manage weekly packaging inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to balance coverage levels based on sales & marketing promotions, redesigns, formula changes and other types of packaging changes.         Key Job Responsibilities:·        This is a fast-paced, detailed orientated, high volume metric position in which the individual will manage weekly packaging inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to balance coverage levels based on sales & marketing promotions, redesigns, formula changes and other types of packaging changes.·        Act as the primary contact for an assigned packaging supplier(s) to manage inventory and package conversions, over aged material, price discrepancies, identify opportunities for improvement with suppliers, propose and execute process improvements.·        Serve as liaison between Materials Management group and Supplier regarding coverage levels, closely monitor and communicate write offs associated with packaging changes.·        Coordinate with Marketing while serving as the main contact for an assigned packaging Supplier(s) to manage inventory and conversions, over aged inventory at the supplier to pursue timely write offs.·        Review orders recommended through Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program for quantity, have ready dates, pricing on a weekly basis.·        Maintain PO’s in Oracle: new orders, line changes/closures, yield updates.·        Submit any bag spec changes for updates to the National Pricing Model.·        Ensure packaging availability for new launches.·        Review Graphics SharePoint site each week to obtain launch/conversion info and update the site with order information.·        Strive to provide a 24-48 hour turnaround on email requests as most issues are very time sensitive.·        Coordinate with Packaging Graphics to bring new product packaging to market on schedule to support new product or redesigned package transition.·        Manage projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor, including inventory reports.______________________________________________________________________Key Behavioral Competencies: Education and Work History:·        Associates degree in business, marketing or related field. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. ·        Comfort level with a very high volume, fast paced operation in a time sensitive environment.·        Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.·        High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel.·        Proficiency in Oracle preferred.·        Some travel required.·        A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.  The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
