Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Supply Chain team is looking for a talented Analyst to join the Distributor Support Team. If you have an interest in all things supply chain, and a heart for customer service, this could be the team for you.   

The primary responsibility of this role is to strengthen the relationship between Toyota and our private distributors (SET, GST, Servco, TCI, etc) while safeguarding our supply chain from interruptions. 

Reporting to the Brand Protection and Distributor Support Manager, the person in this role will support the Service Parts Operations objective to provide the right parts, at the time, in the right quantity while upholding our quality standards and provide exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

Distributor Support Analyst duties include, but are not limited to:

Serve as bridge between TMNA and our Private DistributorsHelp answer PD inquires, or direct to appropriate groups for supportHelp manage back order and recovery plansAddress abnormal volumes that could impact supply chainManage monthly KPI reports on PD performanceProblem investigation and support ad hoc requestAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in service parts function and organizationsAbility to manage and keep track of multiple inquiriesAmbition to identify discrepancies and solve problemsProficient in Microsoft Office applications

Added bonus if you have:

Completed JKK and TBP through panelService Parts Data/Systems ExperienceService Parts Field ExperienceFamiliar with Service Parts Business Systems (TPNA, Portal, AS400, etc)
