Key Responsibilities:

The Analyst is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives in inventory management and supply chain operations. This role involves tracking project budgets and ensuring cost control while improving operational reliability and minimizing aircraft downtime. The analyst will also analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support decision-making, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.

Implement key strategic projects for supply chain including supply chain parts investments and implementing inventory policiesCraft and track supply chain metrics while benchmarking against industry standardsBuild and handle project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost controlAnalyze and establish system protection levels that support operations at the least total costConduct thorough analysis and prepare detailed reports on performance against planIdentify trends, variances and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Improve operational reliability by minimizing aircraft out of services events, delays, and cancellations related to the unavailability of spare aircraft parts

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, business, finance, operational management, operations research or engineeringMinimum of one year experience in supply chain, airline, manufacturing industry or similar field2 or more years of experience in using data analysis and quantitative modeling techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of relational database models, strong modeling skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and ExcelStrong people skills and ability to develop internal and external relationshipsStrong technical, interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skillsStrategic problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative solutionsStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and opposing prioritiesKeen sense of curiosity, high learning agility, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
