Analyst/Specialist I/II **Date:** Aug 5, 2025 **Location:** Taipei, TW, 105 **Company:** Corning **Role Purpose** + Define mid/long term (18-months) supply strategies which well linked to business strategies. + Analyze manufacturing assumptions, capacity planning, sourcing plan…etc. for delivering monthly supply plan (18-month) in a timely and accurate manner. + Optimize resources and production with the lowest cost across regions. + Collaborate with regions, commercial, manufacturing, engineering and finance to meet functional needs and business objectives. + Create ad hoc capacity plans and related analysis to support business needs, identifying possible opportunities and proposing solutions. + Own Executive Sales and Operations Planning (ES&OP), focus on supply strategies, supply gaps, solutions and risk management. + Manage new product introduction (NPI) and End of product Life (EOL) planning. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Mind/long term (18 months) capacity planning 1. 2. Support monthly capacity planning activities 3. Tank/Line downtime management (CDT/CPM/HPD) 4. Review PPD (production performance data) assumptions, challenge the accuracy and highlight key changes cycle over cycle 5. Coordinate with engineering on tank rebuild / line downtime activities 1. Align with regional and Tactical teams on tank/line schedule 2. Coordinate FS/FG offload plan across regions 3. Coordinate FS/FG qualification activities 4. Support ES&OP activities 5. Support Finance Forecasting activities 6. Other assigned projects **Experiences/Education - Required** + Bachelor degree and above + Major in supply chain, industrial engineering, finance, engineering are preferred + 5+ years in supply chain, global capacity planning, engineering, manufacturing is preferred + Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral) + Strong analytical capabilities + Experience working across cultures + Strategic mindset, considers long term advantage and sustainable decisions **Required Skills** + APICS, CPIM, CSCP desired, but optional + Engineering experiences is a plus + Financial analysis experiences is a plus
