The role focuses on managing risks associated with affiliate relationships that support card issuance across international markets. The Analyst works closely with business teams and control partners to support strong risk management practices throughout the lifecycle of affiliate engagements. This includes supporting contract intake, analysis, documentation, coordination, and ongoing monitoring to ensure activities are executed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory and governance expectations. Key Responsibilities: + Support the full life cycle of affiliate and engagements, including planning, due diligence, contract approval, ongoing monitoring, termination, and management of gaps and action plans. + Maintain accurate and well-organised documentation, including service descriptions, performance metrics, and other programme records. + Coordinate with business, risk, legal, finance, and outsourcing partners to support timely completion of required activities. + Track incoming requests, deadlines, open actions, and follow-ups to ensure work progresses as planned. + Prepare materials and summaries for management reviews, governance forums, audits, and regulatory interactions. + Act as a coordination partner for stakeholders across international markets, escalating issues when appropriate. + Analyse and summarise complex risk and operational information into clear, concise executive-level outputs. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or a related discipline. + Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. + Understanding of the Issuing Business, including product offerings, operational processes, and risk and control activities (e.g., business impact analysis, business continuity planning, risk self-assessments). + Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment with tight deadlines. + Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across teams and geographies. + Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in risk management, controls, compliance, governance, or related fields. + Exposure to third-party or affiliate risk management, outsourcing, or operational risk processes. + Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry. + Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are an advantage.
