As a key member of the Credit Risk Management team, you will be empowered to identify, develop, and implement capabilities to enhance customer risk assessments. By leveraging our organization’s rich data, and collaborating with other departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Data Privacy, you will be able to derive analytical insights that shape our business strategy. This will require a good understanding of the drivers of credit performance indicators and the implications on trends/forecasts, monitoring the true experience of customers in the market, diagnosing problems, and seeing opportunities for improvement, and then working with partners and stakeholders to implement. Our CFR colleagues are based in different geographies across the world, which provides a great opportunity to learn and deploy standard processes from other regions. You will implement risk-driven strategies to profitably grow billed business, reduce unnecessary point-of-sale disruptions, and improve the customer experience in close collaboration with our Center-of-Excellence teams that develop state-of-the-art decision science tools and risk management capabilities. Given the strong business focus on digital servicing, you will be working at the forefront of digital innovation to realize new strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
